You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt it, using it for unlawful purposes, or reselling its output as personalized financial advice.
The Service, its design, and its software are owned by Lawford Limited Holdings LLC. You retain ownership of the theses you submit.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawford Limited Holdings LLC is not liable for any losses, including financial losses, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
